Our private 6-acre lake can be rented for a 4 hour block (10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm), for you and your group of up to 10 people total, for $250. Your rental includes a private peninsula with 2 8 foot picnic tables reserved for your group, complete access to the lake for swimming and catch and release fishing, and reservation and use of up to 10 of our watercraft - canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boat, etc. During your rental period, use of the private peninsula will be restricted to only those who have rented the peninsula. Any additional lake goers not in your group will not have access to your peninsula. We have two peninsulas, and you have to option to rent out both peninsulas and the entire lake just for your group for $500. The use of our life jackets is included for your group.

We will also reserve around 1/3 of our venue space for your group - allowing you the options to relax, sit, eat, and drink inside or take advantage of our outside space as well.

As always, food, drinks, and wine will be available for purchase.

For use by up to 10 people at a time.

For Catch And Release Fishing of Our Bass, Crappie, Catfish, Bluegill, And Sunfish - You must bring your own fishing equipment and bait to fish.

This private peninsula package must be booked in advance. Anyone 18 And Older Must Sign The FarmResort Lake Activity Consent Form And Sign-Up Sheet Located In The Winery Prior To Using The Lake. Anyone Under 18 Years Old, Must Have A Parent, Guardian, Or Responsible Adult Sign The FarmResort Lake Activity Consent Form And Sign-Up Sheet On Their Behalf Prior To Use Of The Lake.

A Life Jacket must be worn at all times for all lake activities (including fishing, swimming, or while using water craft).

Reservations Are Non Refundable.

A Life Jacket Is Required For Lake Use, Including Any Activity In Or On The Water (Swimming, Kayaking, Canoeing, Rafting, Floating, Etc).

No Lifeguard On Duty. No Diving. A Life Jacket Is Required For Lake Use, Including Any Activity In Or On The Water (Swimming, Kayaking, Canoeing, Rafting, Floating, Etc). We Have A Limited Supply Of Life Jackets That Are Available For Use While Using The Lake Watercraft. Because During Busy Hours, We May Not Have Extra Life Jackets Or One That Is Your Size - It Is Recommended That You Bring Your Own Life Jacket, Especially If You Require A Very Small Or Very Large Size. Activities In And On The Lake Are Limited To Only Those Who Have On A Properly Fitting Life Jacket. If You Do Not Have A Life Jacket, Then You Will Not Be Able To Use The Lake Until You Have One. We Do Not Allow Pets. No Drinking Glasses Or Glass Bottles Are Allowed Down By The Lake. No Outside Alcohol Is Allowed. Fishing Is Allowed In The Designated Fishing Area. A Kayak, Canoe, Or Boat Is Allowed In The Designated Fishing Area While The Occupants Are Fishing. Please Use Caution And Common Courtesy While In The Water And While Exchanging Lake Equipment.
