Anyone under 18 years old, must have a Parent, Guardian, or Responsible adult sign the FarmResort Lake Activity Consent Form and Sign-up sheet on their behalf prior to use of the lake. We strongly recommend that you reserve your favorite watercraft ahead of time so that you can make sure that it is available for a 1 hour block on the day that you plan to visit the lake. We do accept walk-ins, but if the lake has reached our Capacity, then you may not be allowed to access the lake or Fish, if you have not made a prior reservation. Similarly, if the watercraft that you wish to use has already been reserved, then you may not be able to use it as well. Each Reservation will allow you to block off 1 hour for your preferred watercraft. For the rest of the time, you are welcome to enjoy the lake (swimming - you must wear a life jacket, fishing - is allowed in the designated fishing area.)

Current Watercraft Available for a 1 hour reservation, include: kayaks, paddle boards, a pedal boat, Large Rafts/Flotation Devices. Reservations require a $20 Payment per reservation and count toward 1 Adult Day Pass. A responsible Adult, Parent, or Guardian must make the reservation for lake equipment and must be present to sign the consent form Prior to use of the Watercraft. Reservations are non refundable.

*Please note that we do have additional kayaks, Paddleboards, and Canoes that are being delivered, and once they have arrived, they will then be added to the options for reservations. For lake equipment, your time begins on the hour of your reservation and ends at the start of the next hour. Please take your watercraft and paddle back to the designated docking spot prior to your time ending so that it may be ready for the next customer. A life Jacket is required for lake use, including any activity in or on the water (swimming, kayaking, canoeing, rafting, floating, etc). We do have a limited supply of life jackets that are available for use, in sizes: small (for kids 55-88 pounds), Medium, Large, XL, and XXL.

No lifeguard on duty. No diving. We do not allow pets. No Drinking glasses or Glass Bottles are allowed down by the Lake. No outside alcohol is allowed. Fishing is allowed in the designated Fishing area. A Kayak, Canoe, or Boat is allowed in the designated fishing area while the occupants are fishing. A life Jacket is required for lake use, including any activity in or on the water (swimming, kayaking, canoeing, rafting, floating, etc). We have a limited supply of Life Jackets that are available for use while using the Lake Watercraft. Because during busy hours, we may not have extra life Jackets or one that is your size - it is recommended that you bring your own life jacket, especially if you require a very small or very large size or if you plan on being in the lake outside of your reservation time. Activities in and on the Lake are limited to only those who have on a properly fitting life jacket. If you do not have a life jacket, then you will not be able to use the lake until you have one. Please Use caution and common courtesy while in the water and while exchanging lake equipment.

While the winery is open, we will have pizzas, hotdogs, charcuterie boards, and some other snack and food options available for purchase, as well as wine and other drinks (Coke, gatorade, etc). Last call for wine, food, and drinks is 30 minutes prior to closing. If only want to enjoy the winery and do not wish to use the lake, then you do not need to purchase a lake day pass. We have a limited number of outside picnic tables that are available on a First Come, First served basis. You are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket, sunglasses, towels, a hat, plenty of sunscreen, a life Jacket (if you need a unique size), and your own fishing equipment and bait.

Additional Reservation Information:

Please make sure that you pick the correct Date and time for your reservation.

Only 1 Person/$20 Payment is needed to reserve a Kayak, Paddleboard, Canoe, Float, or Boat for a 1 hour Block. If the watercraft is going to be shared among your group, the other members of the group can pay upon arrival to the winery and prior to going down to the lake. However, booking ahead of time is recommended for All members of your group, as each member would then be able to reserve a 1 hour block with the lake watercraft of his or her choice. Booking an online reservation not only reserves your preferred watercraft for a 1 hour block, but also prepays for 1 lake day pass.

If you are in a small or large group and wish to share a few options among your group, this is easy to do. Please see the following Examples:

1.) if you have a group of 6 people and you wanted to use 1 kayak for 2 hours, 1 Paddle board for two hours, and 1 large float for 2 hours - then you should book 6 reservations (For example: Kayak from 12-1pm and 1-2pm, Paddle Board from 12-1pm and 1-2pm, Large Raft from 12-1pm and 1-2pm). This would allow your group access to all 3 of those vessels from 12-2pm. The cost of this would be $20 x 6 = $120 and would mean that you would have prepaid for the lake passes for all 6 in the group.

2.) If instead, you had 8 people in your group, but still wanted to share the 3 vessels mentioned above for the same time, then the 6 reservations would still be made the same way as above, for 6 x $20 = $120, but 2 additional $20 Lake Passes would need to be purchased for the 7th and 8th members of the group upon arrival to the Winery, for a grand total of $160.

3.) if you would like to book a Kayak or Paddleboard for the entire day, then you would simply book the kayak or Paddleboard from 12-6pm and then you and your group would have access to it for that entire time period. The cost to book for the 6 hour period would be 6 x $20 = $120.
