Event Venue Services

FarmResort event venue rentals are perfect for Birthdays, Holiday Parties, Corporate Events, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, Chef Events, and other fun ideas.  FarmResort is a picturesque Event venue and winery located on over 140 acres of beautiful farmland with a 6 acre lake at the center of the property. Our Main reception area can be rented for $5,000 an hour, plus tax with a Minimum rental time of 4 hours.  The event venue space included in the rental cost includes the first floor of The Barn reception area and bathrooms and the grounds immediately surrounding the venue.  The use of our tables and chairs is included in the rental as well.

The Barn:

Just under 8,500 square feet, The Barn has the capacity for Up to 300 Seated guests on the first floor.  Our main congregation area includes glass walls that can be pushed aside, allowing for an immersive experience into the scenic 100+ acres of rolling farmland that stretch off into the distance.  This extraordinary view is further enhanced by a 6 acre lake at the center of our property.    

The first floor is also equipped with a commercial kitchen and a dedicated Groom’s room.  On the second floor sits The Bridal Suite, with additional private quarters which expand onto the balcony, overlooking our main entry way.

FarmResort Event Venue Pricing Guide  

The Barn

 $5,000 an hour, plus tax.  Minimum of 4 hours. 

 The event venue space included in the rental cost includes the first floor of The Barn with the reception area and bathrooms and the grounds immediately surrounding the venue.  The use of the tables and chairs is included in the rental.  The upstairs suite, downstairs conference room, and the use of the kitchen equipment are not included.  If needed, general preparation and storage of food and the use of the small refrigerator will be allowed in the kitchen downstairs.  No children under the age of 18 are allowed in commercial kitchen.  Maximum Capacity 300. 

 

The Upstairs Suite

 $3000 an hour, plus tax.  Minimum of 4 hours. 

 The event venue space included in the rental cost includes the main common room on the second floor of The Barn with the additional private room, private bathroom, full kitchen, and outside deck and patio.  The upstairs suite has its own private entrance.  Maximum Capacity 30.

 

The Downstairs Conference Room

 $2000 an hour, plus tax.  Minimum 4 hours. 

 The event venue space included in the rental cost includes the conference room on first floor of The Barn with a private bathroom.  The Downstairs conference room has its own private entrance.  Maximum Capacity 20.

Cleaning 

It is the responsibility of the client to make sure – by way of their own party or their vendors, that the venue is generally clean and picked up after the event is over to allow the venue to be returned to its normally functioning condition.  Additional cleaning costs will be added if they are required (i.e. marks on walls or furniture, or if the venue is not picked up and generally cleaned after the event, etc.).  (Please see the security deposit information below) 

Security Guard - $500 Each

1 security guard is required for each event with over 50 people.  For events with 51-100 people, 1 security guard is required.  For events with 101-200 people, 2 security guards may be required.  For events with 201 – 300 people, 3 security guards may be required.  300 guests is our maximum capacity for events.  The cost of the security guard is not included in the venue rental fee and shall be $500 per security guard.    

 

TABC Certified Bartender - $500 Each

1 TABC certified bartender is required* for every 1-100 guests for any event where alcohol is to be served during any part of the event.  Example: 1 bartender for 1-100 guests, 2 bartenders for 101-200 guests, and 3 bartenders for 201-300 guests.  The cost of each TABC certified bartender is not included in the venue fee and will be an additional $500. 

Also, a member of your party must be assigned as the dedicated alcohol liaison in case of overconsumption.  FarmResort reserves the right to stop or limit alcohol consumption of any kind, should the health of our clients or staff be put at risk or for any other legitimate concern.  Consumption of alcohol is only permitted for those who are 21 years of age and older. 

Wine: We offer all of our FarmResort Winery wines for purchase at a discount - $5 off each bottle.  Once you have booked, a complimentary taste testing with the individual who booked and one other person will be included, if you are interested in our wines.  Outside wine is also allowed.  (See general guidelines above)

*For events that will be serving only FarmResort Winery Wines and with 50 or fewer people, the wines can be served by FarmResort Winery staff and no additional bartender would be required. 

Beer:  Allowed (See general guidelines above).

Mixed Drinks:  Allowed (See general guidelines above). 

Security Deposit 

An additional security deposit of $2,500 is required.  This covers any additional cleaning costs and potentially broken items.  Please note, that if this amount is not sufficient to correct the issue, additional money will be required from the client.  This money (or any money that is remaining after additional charges have been deducted), will be returned within 1 month after the event has concluded and after any corrections have been made. 

 

Securing your date! 

In order to reserve your date, 50% of your total cost is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than 3 Months Before your event date. We allow for booking an event date up to 1 Year in advance.  Please keep in mind that prices are subject to change quarterly and that your date and price have not been secured until your payment has been received.  Because your event time and date have been reserved for your event alone, all payments are non-refundable.  We do recommend purchasing event insurance. You will be allowed to enter into the venue 60 minutes before the start time of your event.  General cleanup has to have occurred and finished within 60 minutes after the scheduled end time of your event.  The venue is available for rent from 10am – 11pm.  Feel free to let us know if you have any questions and we would be happy to schedule you for a tour of our venue. We reserve the right to deny service at any time for events that do not meet a common decency standard or that promote or espouse hate speech or discrimination or that might put at risk the health of our clients or staff, or for any other legitimate concern.
