Dining at the Resort
Whiterock Resort serves a fabulous farm breakfast  with prior reservations to groups of 6 or more, price is $7 per person.  Self serve continental breakfast is included for Garst Farm Lodge guests and optional for guests in our cottages, Oakridge Country House, 805 River and Campgrounds.

River House Brunch depends on menu selection: Typically $10/person   

The Resort can help equip a campfire lunch or dinner or a sack lunch for groups of 8 or more. 

Other full meals can be prepared for groups of eight or more for service at the River House, the Garst Farm Lodge and Oakridge.  See Menus for sample menus and pricing. 

Guests in Hollyhock Cottage, Woodland Carriage House and Oakridge Country House can prepare their own meals in the fully-equipped kitchens provided.  You can shop at Frohlich's Grocery Store in Coon Rapids.

IVYBULLET.jpg (983 bytes)Coon Bowl III offers grilled food and a lunch special.  The vegetable cheeseburgers are divine.  The Bowling Alley does serve beer, but offers a family atmosphere.

Dining in the Area
 

IVYBULLET.jpg (983 bytes) Bus Tours:  Fast Food can be obtained in Perry and Carroll.  The Perry Tea Room, the Danish Immigrant Museum in Elk Horn, the German Haus Barn in Manning and the Machine Shed in Des Moines make fun stops.  The Carrollton Inn in Carroll also accommodates bus groups.
