Breakfast Picking cherries for fruit dishes
Breakfasts at Whiterock Resort is upgraded self serve continental. Menus include a muffin sweet rolls, or coffee cake, juice and a fruit dish. Toast and cold cereals are always available. If you have special dietary needs, we are happy to accommodate you ... just let us know. We do our best to serve local food .... our applesauce is made by our neighbors Charles and David.

Picnic and Campfire Lunches

Price for Campfire Equipment : $10 total for groups of up to 6
Guest buys groceries. Resort provides fire ring, picnic basket, water cooler, marshmallow sticks, cleaning rag, grills, can opener, etc. Large groups charged more.
Home Farm Luncheon
Our typical Garst Farm Lodge Luncheon Menu (available weekdays, for groups of 8-20, by reservation) includes Home-made Vegetable Soup, Garden Salad, Biscuits and a dessertPrice: $10 per person. Includes history talk and tour
Lodge Dinner
Elegant meals are prepared for groups of 8 to 20 by one of the best cooks in Coon Rapids. Almost any menu requests can be accommodated, though we focus on fine food with a farm flavor, including lots of vegetable dishes and yummy desserts.Sample Prices: $22 per person with appetizer, two meats, and all fixings

River House Meals
Barbecue is our specialty at the River House, and we serve locally-grown food whenever possible. Our favorite main course is grilled pork loins. Other choices include prime rib, steaks, chicken breasts and buffalo burger. Common side dishes include Vegetable Lasagna, 4-Way Beans (Recipes), Home Made Potato Salad, Baked Rice,
Baked Squash, Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage (Recipes) and Corn Casserole (Recipes). For groups of 100 or more, consider a whole spit-roasted hog and, in season, Corn on the Cob, cooked in a large black kettle over a wood fire. Corn bread, biscuits or fresh buns are common bread choices. We serve garden tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers in season. Dessert choices include Spice or Pumpkin Bars, Home Made Pie and Cheesecake. All meals are served with home-brewed iced tea, lemonade and coffee.
